Do you have availability and booking tips? Immediately determine our availability. No use continuing with a vendor if they are not available. How far in advance do you need to reserve the booth? What’s the booking process? And what are the payment terms?
What photo booth types and features to know? While there can be a lot of customization when it comes to photo booths, you need to know the basics. What type(s) of booth(s) are offered and what features are included with each? Find out about props, and backgrounds – both digital and real life.
What are photo options to know? Will you and your guests be receiving digital images only or can you also get prints onsite? How’s the quality of the images? And can you customize your prints with a special message or brand?
Who is in charge? Is the photo booth self-operational or is an attendant required? Who handles setup/breakdown, operation, and possible troubleshooting? How much space does the booth need? What are the power requirements? And what happens if the booth goes down during the event – any backup?
